Hi Kate,

High blood pressure is very dangerous, it can cause a lot of things happen.

Low blood pressure is not so dangerous, but can cause dizziness and fainting, as blood sugar is low. etc.

If you have high blood pressure or have had, please follow.

Good luck

Neither regarding that. We produce all pretty much the same pressure at rest, but they are in the heart itself, and can be easily controlled. Not for the layman, anyway.

Problems arise when the heart work harder, have suddenly - so suddenly, standing up, or out of the bed for a pee in the middle of the night, or even by bus. Leading to fainting, dizziness, etc., if the mechanism of cardiovascular control is not working properly, if your heart is weak and can not respond, or if the heart does not grow fast enough and the heart must pump more forcefully. Each of these kinds of things can cause problems, but not "low blood pressure or high blood pressure (at rest), nurses and medical students, etc ... I
The number of your doctor (or monitor) are not real. This means that you can not simply look at a reading and say, "Oh, too high!" Or: "It's down!" .. It works. Only changes mean something important. The readings themselves are the same virtual visitand meaningless, because they are not true.

Hypertension is more problematic than the bottom. However, the problem is with low BP in your case, dizziness, etc. I suggest the following:
1. Take advantage of more N more salt in your daily diet.
2. Always think positive and take their tenssion.
3. Last departure and not less important, very important, some breathing exercises every day.
