The report also shows gastric carcinoma with lymphoid stroma.

T2 (tumor size) - size of the tumor is larger than 7 cm, but they are limited to the surgical site
Spread N1 (lymph nodes) shows that only in regional lymph nodes
MX (metastasis - the distant spread of cancer) shows that the gap can be assessed
